At Prep Masters, we strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our products and services. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and how to initiate a refund or return request.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Training Programs and Courses
Refunds for training programs and courses (including online and in-person) will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of the start date of the course. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made before accessing more than 20% of the course materials.
- The training has not yet commenced or substantial learning resources have not been used.
1.2 Digital Products (e-books, online courses, etc.)
Refunds are not available for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions before purchasing. However, if you experience technical issues with a digital product, please contact us for support.
1.3 Physical Products (Educational Materials)
For physical products like educational materials, customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it.
2. Refund Process

- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
- A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request
Once we have reviewed your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
3. Returns for Physical Products
3.1 Returning an Item
To return an item, please contact our customer support team to arrange a return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
3.2 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us with your request.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Digital products (after download or access)
- Completed training programs or courses
- Already enrolled self-pace courses (eg. CISA) with access to learning dashboard
- Discounted products
- Registered exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GRE, GMAT, TCF, TEF, DELF etc
5. Cancellations
For course enrollments, cancellations can be made up to 3 days before the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
